Block 1: Two daring mice balance up on high, performing contortions within their glittering hoops, while a gold clad mouse, bravely walks the high wire! The block measures 10 by 12" finished.

THE GREATEST SHOW ON EARTH
A fabulous quilt with three spotlights highlighting death defying trapeze and tight rope walkers against a graduated dark blue background. Beneath will be the ring master along with fire breathers, 'strong mice', clowns' jugglers and a backdrop of the audience. Show ring will be lovely shapes of deep pink, and the stands with the crowd are a bright yellow/green which I'll be adding gold thread to. The quilt will be finished off with a warm white and rainbow striped border.


The quilt will measure 26 by 34" and has a patchwork background with raw edge applique mice. I use no glue, paints, or fusible. Just fabric and thread.
